Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday-Saturday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~3 business days, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Most orders placed before 11AM EST may be shipped out the same day.
Due to the presence of our warehouses in various locations throughout the country, delivery timeframes, therefore, fall within 2~6 days for all US orders and 5-12 days on international orders (excluding personalized jewelry).
All Personalized jewelry takes between 9-12 days to create and ship. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The total timeframe is between 12-22 days for US orders and 14-28 days for international orders.
Our products are made by different manufacturers and designers from all around the world. If you order a few different items, they may arrive separately so don't worry if you open the packet and there's something missing!
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days after arrival for a no-hassle FULL refund.
Personalized jewelry, unfortunately, cannot be returned as it is custom made for you and therefore, cannot be restocked.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us at email@example.com your order number so we can provide you with the proper instructions and address to process your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Once a return is received successfully and verified to be in good order, the refund minus shipping charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
Once your order has been submitted, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours after your purchase as we tend to process our orders pretty quickly! If you are within this time frame, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org we'll help you out immediately.
