Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday-Saturday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~3 business days, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Most orders placed before 11AM EST may be shipped out the same day.
If your order has been processing for more than 5 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out immediately.
Due to the presence of our warehouses in various locations throughout the country, delivery timeframes, therefore, fall within 2~6 days for all US orders and 5-12 days on international orders (excluding personalized jewelry).
All Personalized jewelry takes between 9-12 days to create and ship. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The total timeframe is between 12-22 days for US orders and 14-28 days for international orders.

WHERE DO PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?
We source our inventory from several locations within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles, we have a centralized fulfillment center in the US that most of our products ship from.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days after arrival for a no-hassle FULL refund.
Personalized jewelry, unfortunately, cannot be returned as it is custom made for you and therefore, cannot be restocked.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with the proper instructions and the address. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once a return is received successfully and verified to be in good order, the refund minus shipping charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
HOW DO I EDIT, CANCEL, OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been submitted, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours after your purchase as we tend to process our orders pretty quickly! If you are within this time frame, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out immediately.
